This experience helps you listen more deeply to intuition and a wider intelligence. Ninety minutes on one of the themes that ignite hope -- despair as doorway; finding uplift; welcoming uncertainty; surrendering full responsibility; taking the long view . Immersion in light movement, poems spoken to music, followed by free-flow reflective writing and optional sharing. In the tradition of Kim Rosen's poetry dives.
