Certified Integral CoachTM,
PCC, M. Planning, B. Soc. Sci.
Anne
specializes in helping people and groups move "beyond
their edge". She is a certified integral coach (Integral
Coaching Canada ), facilitator, and planner. She
serves as a lead faculty of Integral Coaching Canada (part
time), and teaches the Fundamentals
course and Module
1 Apprenticeship of the
Integral Coaching®
Certification Program
accredited by the International Coach Federation. Anne also
trains and mentors the Apprenticeship Module Phone Coaches
and provides technical guidance to Certification Module
students' coaching development through various modalities.
Anne's
career has been focused on supporting community-based change
initiatives – within organizations, partnerships and communities.
She brings to this work over twenty years of experience
in consulting to foster change and innovation in the human
services sectors. She is also grounded in over ten years
of study and practice of various spiritual practices (Kripalu
yoga, Pathwork), and is a certified Kripalu yoga instructor.
Anne
is a founding member of the Ginger Group Collaborative,
(www.gingergroup.net
) a national integrally-informed "community of
practice" of consultants committed to the art and skill
of supporting multi-party ventures. She serves as the Managing
Director with a focus on integrating Ginger's work in the
world more fully with its learning and development focus.
A
Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from Queen's University
(1983) provided Anne with a systems view of factors that
affect well-being and quality of life. After working at
an executive level within municipal public health in the
1980's, she launched a small consulting business in 1990
(annewright.ca) focused on strategic planning. Throughout
the 1990's she provided services to many complex multi-stakeholder
ventures. Despite creative and varied types of interventions,
she saw ambitious plans become stale and have the unintended
side-effect of building cynicism and disappointment. That
led her to train as a coach. Coaching enables her to help
individuals accelerate their growth into the shifts required
by the challenges they are facing.
She
now combines coaching with consulting to support groups
to grow their individual and collective capacity while developing
plans.
Anne is a Professionally Certified Coach (International
Coach Federation). Anne lives in Ottawa
with her partner and
2 bossy cats and is the mother of a grown son.
