Diana Smith

(EcoSol Consulting Inc. www.ecosolcan.com) is committed to shifting thinking and building capacity through innovative approaches to leadership, planning and change in human systems. Her consulting, facilitation, action research and teaching develop competencies and capabilities that provide high leverage impact on performance and results. She is a management consultant, a faculty member in MALT [Masters of Arts in Leadership and Training] at Royal Roads University, and an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Victoria, building on 25 years of management, training and leadership experience at the community, national and international level. She has an M.A. [Public Administration], Carleton University, is a Certified Management Consultant and holds a number of professional certifications. Diana is a community and organizational development consultant who has managed and consulted in, planning for and leading change and transition throughout Canada and in international assignments with a wide variety of clients.
