Hélène Lemieux

Hélène is a bilingual consultant who combines an experience in management, and in organizational and human resources development. As a senior manager, Hélène was involved in a number of large scale interventions such as closures, mergers, relocations and start-ups and as a consultant, she participated, for many years, in management of change and organizational revitalization. She now focuses on training leaders, coaching managers at all levels and in supporting team development and re-alignment. When she intervenes in organizations, her rich background allows for a global perspective. In 1994, she created Vision Transition, inc., a consulting firm that regularly collaborates with other firms to contribute to the success of their interventions.
