Lisa Sullivan

Lisa Sullivan (M.P.A., B. Sc. N) brings a specialization in population health policy and program development to the team. She has strong skills in facilitation, communications and community mobilization, research, and policy analysis. She specializes in tobacco policy. Lisa has many years' experience in the management of community health programs within a municipal environment. She has provided leadership to heart health and tobacco bylaw initiatives in Ottawa and advised several other communities in policy change. Recently, she and Anne managed the development of the Ottawa Coalition for Public Health, which succeeded in preventing deep municipal budget cuts to public health programs.
