She has led organizations through strategic planning processes and supported management teams and Boards of Directors through the intensive decision-making processes required by health and social service system restructuring.
Pamela holds a graduate degree in planning from the University School of Rural Planning and Development, University of Guelph. She has also pursued enhanced training in community-based conflict resolution, multi-party negotiation, facilitation and evaluation. Her peers describe Pamela as a gifted facilitator who is able to listen to varied opinions, bring out critical points and contentious views and support groups to find common ground from which to move forward. Her training in conflict resolution and negotiation are reflected in her workshop design.
Pamela's consulting practice includes support for inter-organizational collaboration, strategic planning, service planning and evaluation and workshop facilitation.
