Key Collaborative Competencies
We all learned
how to share in kindergarten and it was tough then.
In today's environment, collaboration is not optional, it's
essential. No job description, no mandate, no organization,
can thrive without crossing "boundaries" and negotiating
and enrolling down up and sideways.
Drawing from a
number of sources on leadership theory and current research
about what works in private, public and non-profit sectors
to help individuals collaborate effectively, we have developed
a set of collaborative
competencies that we can help you build. We have
an assessment tool to help you self-evaluate your competencies
and develop a learning plan. Coaching and action learning
services can help you grow while in the midst of your work.
