- Living Collaborative Leadership
Workshop:
The living collaborative leadership workshop is an intensive
two-day workshop offered by seasoned leadership development
associates. It can be a stand-alone, or the beginning
of a leadership development program that's offered by
an organization to promising people who have been selected
for further development. Participants come out of this
workshop with
- experience with the dimensions of collaborative
leadership
- insight into your own strengths and challenges with
respect to collaborative leadership
- a personal learning plan identifying how you are
planning to strengthen your competencies
- a strong peer group of others who are prepared to
support their development.
We recommend
that participants in this workshop consider peer or individual
coaching as a support to the achievement of their personal
learning plan to follow up this workshop.
